The program provided me with a comprehensive understanding of adult education, encompassing areas such as training needs analysis, evaluation, andragogy, and training practices. The knowledge shared was practical, supporting my teaching and program management duties in higher education. I am also deeply grateful to meet all my classmates, who helped create the best learning atmosphere ever, and this connection is definitely an invaluable gain apart from the program.
