本课程根据物业管理业《职业资历阶梯》中「物业主任」职位下的「物业应用法律」职能范畴，并参照《能力标准说明》单元110553L4、110556L4、110561L4 及110563L4编写。课程旨在介绍香港有关设施和物业管理的相关法规，通过学习本课程，学生能掌握及通晓与行业相关的法律知识，并能有效应用於物业管理业的日常工作。

This programme aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in contemporary technologies relevant to existing building inspections, preparing them to undertake complex professional tasks in the field according to regulatory requirements from the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme (MBIS). It also aims to elevate students’ professionalism by formalising standard operating procedures, code of ethics, and industry standards, while emphasising collaboration with other professions to meet their specific inspection needs.

本课程旨在为香港住宅物业准买家及有志投身物业检验的人士提供基础知识与实务技巧。课程内容涵盖新建住宅及二手物业的检验标准、验收流程、设备操作及物业品质评估，协助学员掌握专门技术，确保物业符合安全与法规。同时， 课程亦适合建筑及工程领域的从业员，将所学的课程内容应用於施工及修葺过程中，以加强学员对品质管理与控制的能力。
