名廚Will Leung將現身於「名廚私房美饌烹飪工作坊」，透過簡明易懂的教學方式，親身傳授製作龍蝦意大利麵的基本技巧。學員在短短三小時內，除可掌握處理新鮮活龍蝦的方法、製作龍蝦濃汁及手工意大利麵的秘技外，更可親嚐名廚Will Leung的示範作品及帶走個人製作成品。
