The programme aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of the key principles and legal frameworks governing family and succession matters in Hong Kong. The course aims to familiarize students with the basic concepts and terminology related to marriage, divorce, child custody, inheritance, and estate planning in Hong Kong. It seeks to provide an overview of the legal rights, obligations, and procedures involved in these areas, catering to individuals who have a general interest or minimal prior knowledge in family and succession law.

This part-time LLM is ideal for those with busy work schedules. Offered by Manchester Metropolitan University and jointly run with HKU SPACE, the LLM (Top-up) is a cost-effective degree programme with CPD point recognition.
 

This programme aims to impart inter-disciplinary knowledge of FinTech and legal regulations to students who are interested in the latest applications of FinTech and related legal issues. It examines contemporary elements and issues of FinTech and applies computational tools to finance and investment through practical workshops in the computer laboratory. The programme illustrates the applications of AI, RegTech, blockchain and robo advisory as well as explains the regulatory framework and statutory compliance.

The Programme aims to equip students with essential accounting knowledge, educate students on laws, regulations governing business operations & commercial transactions.

If you are a school educator responsible for special educational needs support and disability inclusion and are serious about developing your diversity management leadership, this programme is for you!

HKU SPACE will offer the Revision Courses independently for candidates intending to sit the University of London LLB/Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law examinations in May/June or October 2026.  The emphasis of Revision is on examination technique, common examination topics, past examination questions, issues raised in chief examiners’ reports as well as recent legal developments.  Courses will be delivered in short, one-week blocks by experienced teachers of good academic standing from the United Kingdom.
