The HKU SPACE Executive Academy (SEA) had the honour to co-host the Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) & Customer Service Quality Standard (CSQS) Roundtable in partnership with The Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) on 15 February 2017. Dr Alexander Chan, Senior Programme Director / College Principal Lecturer of HKU SPACE Executive Academy, gave a presentation on "Enhancing Customer Experience Through Digital Innovation". There was a dialogue session at the end of the event chaired by Jason Chu (Chairman of APCSC), and the panelists of the dialogue included Dr Alexander Chan, Joseph Chan (Founder and CEO of Asia Pay Group) and Benjamin Lindsay (Senior Consultant of Tele Tach).
