From your GENES to your DIET

Everyone is unique because of the slight variations among our DNA. The differences determine how we respond to the foods that we consume and account for our own specific nutritional needs. For example, people with lactose intolerance may experience gastric discomfort when they consume dairy products.

Dietgenomix- Genetic test for personalised diet

Dietgenomix test assists dietitians to develop a personalised diet plan based on one’s genetic profile. According to the individual genetic profile, personalized dietary advice would be provided to optimise ones’ nutritional status and wellbeing. The test results complement the traditional population-based approach of dietetic consultations towards more tailored and personalised strategies.

Comprehensive test for 45 genetic markers

According to stringent standards of scientific evidence which have been published in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, 45 genetic markers are selected.
