General Stream: HK$25,100 per year
Upon completion of the programme, students should be able to:
- identify key legal issues affecting banking and commercial practices in Hong Kong;
- gain an updated knowledge on commercial law in Hong Kong and Mainland China; and
- design and implement legal risk management plans to combat commercial crimes and money laundering activities
Note: The “Commercial Crimes and Money Laundering Law” module is not a CEF Reimbursement course.

HKU SPACE will offer the Revision Courses independently for candidates intending to sit the University of London LL.B./Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law examinations in May/June or October 2022. The emphasis of Revision is on examination technique, common examination topics, past examination questions, issues raised in chief examiners’ reports as well as recent legal developments. Courses will be delivered in short, one-week blocks by experienced teachers of good academic standing from the United Kingdom.
