Since 1968, the School has provided professional training programmes in housing management, and nurtured over 10,000 housing professionals serving in the industry. Our Professional Diploma in Housing Management Programme is highly popular among housing practitioners, and enables them to become a professional member of both the Chartered Institute of Housing and Hong Kong Institute of Housing.

In response to the professional development of the real estate industry, the School has also devised a variety of curriculums to satisfy the training needs of the industry. Students may opt for a range of disciplines, including facility management, asset management, and shopping centre management, to suit their own career path and professional development. Most of the programmes are recognised by professional bodies such as the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Programme Objectives
The programme aims to provide professional training to experienced facility management and property management practitioners with in depth knowledge of cutting edge concepts and practices of facility management. Through this programme, students can acquire professional knowledge on green management, project management, space management and technology for FM etc.

This 30-hour Certificate is designed for those who have secured Level 2 in the Unit of Competency (UoC) standards of the Customer Services category.  Through this programme, students can acquire knowledge equivalent to Level 3's SCS standards including knowledge on daily Customer Services duties, manpower arrangement on owners' meeting, emergency case handling, procurement arrangement, assessing data for insurance claims, site inspection knowledge in Customer Services category.

本課程旨在教授學生有關土地行政及發展的知識,適合從事土地專業的人士報讀。

課程旨在為學生提供有關房地產融資及投資的知識和技巧。教授內容包括房地產融資的概念和原理,及不同國家之房地產投資情況和須知;此外,學生亦會學習有關物業估價的概念、原理和實務技巧。

課程分為三部分,分別為投資策略、融資及買賣須知。學生會學習如何分析物業買賣及租務市場、物色合適投資的地區和物業(如住宅、工廈、寫字樓,商舖),計算投資回報,以制定投資策略;融資方面,課程會教授不同的融資方法,內容包括「財務自由」概念、重整個人財務,按揭形式和不同銀行審批按揭之標準;導師亦會引用實例,解釋買賣和出租物業過程的各項細節,並避免法律及財務糾紛,及介紹資深投資者常見的財務技巧。
