As neighbouring nations, Korea and China have a great many cultural similarities, and Korean television dramas, movies and K-pop have in recent years become very popular in Hong Kong. The School currently offers a five-year programme, from beginner to advanced level, in Korean language studies, with pronunciation workshops and advanced conversation classes available to help students enhance their speaking and listening skills. In 2013, a Korean e-learning platform was launched to supplement regular classroom teaching.
The school also launched two Korean Mini-MOOCs in 2016 to introduce Korean language and culture in a fun and interactive way. The Korean Mini-MOOCs are open to the public; please visit the following links to start your adventure.
