董先生為香港証券持牌人 (RO 1/4/9) ，中國大陸、台灣兩地証券持牌人及高管資格，歷任多間國際資產管理公司高管及董事會董事。退休前職位為瑞銀資產管理公司中國區董事總經理，負責中國大陸及香港資產管理業務，曾搭建4家在中國大陸的瑞銀資產管理子公司，包括公募及私募基金管理業務、房地產及股權投資、海外QDll投資公司等，並帶領瑞銀資產管理公司團隊於2018及2019年連續兩年獲得中國最佳外資資產管理公司排名第一。1988年英國雪菲爾大學會計金融及計算機雙主修科畢業，後取得瑞士洛桑國際管理學院管理文憑、美國麻省理工學院和香港大學人工智能學科相關文憑。曾獲得專業會計師 (HKICPA / ACCA / CMA)。
