Dr. Paulina Chan, PhD (Imperial College London), Chair of Chartered Management Institute Hong Kong.

Dr Paulina Chan has a PhD in EEE at the Imperial College London and a MBA from the University of London. She leads a think-tank of multidisciplinary professionals and startups in multiple countries to focus on the applications and translating novel technologies in STEM and M(Management) subjects into commercial products and services like Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Smart Cities and Smart Buildings and green energies. Dr Chan was in the senior management in several multinational corporations including AT&T/Lucent Technologies in the US, Exxon/Mobil Corporation in New York, ICO Global Communications London and Beijing, and EU for Hungary. Dr Chan is the Champion of the Imperial College London Mentoring Programme which guides young scientists, technologists, engineers and managers-in-training to develop career paths and personal growth. She is the Chairman of the Board of the Chartered Management Institute HK and also the Chairlady of the US IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Women in Engineering affinity section In Hong Kong.
