The Programme aims to equip students with essential accounting knowledge, educate students on laws, regulations governing business operations & commercial transactions.

This course is to equip students with the basic understanding of principles and concepts of accounting and the ability to apply them in the preparation of financial information to meet internal and external obligations.

本課程介紹香港稅務法例，特別是有關利得稅、薪俸稅、物業稅及個人入息稅的條例，並討論如何向稅務局提出申訴。主講者除簡單講述法例原則外，更會向學員講授實際應用的方法，包括如何填寫各種報稅表格、如何向稅局追討發還超額繳納之稅款，以及稅局如何向納稅人追收稅款等。

This course is a 18-hour lecture and provides the most updated knowledge and practical approach for performing an internal control review in complying with the recent amendments regarding the risk management and internal control in the Corporate Governance Code and Corporate Governance Report of Appendices 14 and 15 of Main Board Listing Rules and GEM Listing Rules respectively of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
