Ms Susanna Poon

Susanna is a Certified WSET Educator and WSET Diploma candidate. Her passion and courtesy in wine led her to various wine qualifications such as Champagne Expert (Distinction), Italian Wine Ambassador at Vinitaly International Academy. She also did the Master of Champagne and Master of Rhone study to deepen her wine-making knowledge. Susanna currently is the President of HKU SPACE Wine Alumni and Council Member of HKU SAPCE Alumni. She represented the HKU SPACE Wine team in entering the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup Blinding Tasting Competition in 2016 and 2017.
