The Hon Mr Justice Andrew Chan

The Hon Mr Justice Andrew Chan has served as a Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court since August 2012 and heard a number of notable cases.

Mr Justice Andrew Chan attended classes at the Department of Extramural Studies at the University of Hong Kong (now HKU SPACE) taught by lecturers from the University of London while studying for a University of London LLB from 1986-1989.
