因為從小就接觸韓劇和K-Pop, 一直希望自己可以不用看翻譯便明白內容。起初報名時很擔心自己會跟不上程度，後來發現課程內容設計非常生活化，在幾課後已經可以用簡短韓語和韓國朋友溝通! 非常有學以致用的感覺，學習過程中雖然文法上會遇到困難的地方，但老師同學也非常熱心幫助大家，所以在短時間內文法和發音可以進步得很快! 一分耕耘一分收穫，很有成功感! 謝謝老師用心教導。

一直以來都對韓文好有興趣，在上年終於下定決心報讀韓語證書(入門)課程。

在初初學習的時候，要記好多不同的詞語和不同文法的運用，都需要花好多時間去溫習。空餘時間亦會觀看韓劇和聽韓文歌曲，增進自己的聆聽能力。看得多、聽得多韓文自然會容易掌握和記得不同詞彙或語句的意思。

最覺得困難的地方是寫韓文方面，有時好難組織到如何寫出一句句子，所以在課程期間的作文練習是好有挑戰性，給我可以運用該學期學習到的詞語和文法去嘗試寫一篇短文。

最後，其實學習韓文並非想像中困難，網上亦有好多教材給人可以自學，但實際上好多人放棄是因為欠缺自律性和動力，所以比較難堅持學習。而報讀相關課程就可以加強學習的推動力，有問題亦可以即時問老師，不同的quiz、練習、考試都是可以讓我們更了解自己的韓放學習進度，所以不要猶豫，有興趣就盡快報名啦!

I enrolled in the Certificate in Korean (Introductory) as I want to build up a good foundation in the Korean language. And the HKU SPACE course indeed helped me with that.

The lessons provided me with opportunities to read, write, listen, and speak the Korean language. And the teacher would provide me feedback accordingly. It taught me the correct way to pronounce Hangul and covered various grammar in Korean. The class is fun and interactive, and the contents are easy to understand.

After finishing Introductory Korean (Part 1) last semester, I am already able to send texts to my Korean friends in Korean!

I love and have been listening to K-Pop for many years. Before K-Pop I knew nothing related to Korea or Korean people. However, I think Korean is challenging, and I am not motivated enough to start the journey of learning Korean even though I have been listening to it for a period of time.

I started learning Korean last year as I wanted to learn a new language with the use of the Continuing Education Fund, so I applied for HKU SPACE Introductory Korean (Part 1).

The teachers are really great and nice and prepare the learning materials so hard. We can learn the correct pronunciation from native Korean teachers. As we know, Korean pronunciation is the foundation for learning Korean.

起初對韓文有興趣的我在家嘗試自學，購買學習材料、上網找資料、搜尋教學短片。但發現並不簡單，學習過程缺乏組織性，欠缺目標，很快便有放棄的想法。

因此在朋友推薦下參與HKU SPACE的韓文課程，正式開始了學習韓文的旅程。HKU SPACE提供學習資源，再加上有豐富經驗的老師細心指引和教導之下，自己的韓文也進步飛快。在這種有組織性的學習配套下，自己對韓文的興趣也漸漸變得更加濃厚。從Introductory Korean (Part 1)到現時Introductory Korean (Part 2) 、參與小測、班上討論、做韓文功課、考試漸漸對自己學習韓文有目標，有信心。

I think learning Korean in HKU SPACE is quite effective and interesting to me. Teachers have given encouragement in introducing the Korean lessons. Communication is important during the lesson, and teachers are willing to ask us questions and share their experiences in daily life and Korean culture. There are different activities in the class which makes the lesson more interesting. All of us would not be shy and willing to talk with each other in the Korean language in class.
