The programme aims to offer counselling professionals foundational knowledge of AI and its applications in counselling.  Students will learn how to use AI technologies such as chatbots, diagnostic tools, and personalised advice, and to apply these competencies in the counselling context. They will also be able to assess the usage, as well as to consider the ethical and legal applications of AI in counselling.
