FSDC Practitioner Speakers Series: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy for Hong Kong

Due to the overwhelming response of the event, all reservations are full.

Thank you for your enthusiastic support!  Please look forward to the upcoming events.

ESG investing is one of the fastest growing areas in recent years and has shifted from a niche area of investment into the mainstream. This is certainly an investment market segment that Hong Kong should put more focus on. While it is encouraging to see certain rules and initiatives in place to promote ESG reporting and integration, a strategy combining incentives and regulations needs to be developed to support the sustained development of the industry.

For this, the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) released a research report "Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy for Hong Kong"  to present the value proposition for ESG integration. The report also sets out key recommendations to the Hong Kong Government and other regulators to provide more incentives for ESG integration.

FSDC is organizing a forum with industry experts to explain the ESG strategy covered in the report, and to share insights on how Hong Kong can stay competitive in the ESG investment spectrum.

This event qualifies for 1 CE under the guidelines of the CFA Institute Continuing Education Program.
We encourage CFA Institute members to login to the CE tracking tool to self-document these credits.

The forum will be deliveried in English.
