Mr. Benjamin Lee
Mr. Lee is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Holder and currently serves as the Head of Investment Department at a international financial institution. He has over 15 years of experience in asset management and has previously held the position of Fund Director at a private equity fund, managing assets for international high-net-worth clients and professional investors. Mr. Lee is an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® (CESGA).He specializes in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainable development concepts into investment decision-making.

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) has become increasingly popular. Institutions are prioritizing their emphasis on ESG, moving beyond traditional corporate responsibility.
In this seminar, the speaker will brief introduce how to evaluate financial performance by analyzing:
- Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements
- Comparing with peers in industry
- Applying financial ratio in evaluating performance
- Valuation model for different companies
In addition, the speaker will also share how to evaluate ESG performance by analyzing:
- Corporate governance of company
- Board structure
- Composition of board
- Social and environment issues in the company
