POA Induction Workshop for Full-Time Programmes in KEC

• 27 colleagues attended the 3-hour Induction Workshop on Programme Outcome Assessment (POA).

• Programme staff listened to a presentation about outcome-based learning  and how to develop rubrics for programme outcome assessment.  Then, they also heard a  sharing by a CC staff about his experience of filling out the POA Form.  They then had a chance to try filling out the Form in groups. 

• Samples of completed POA Forms and rubrics of different disciplines were distributed for their reference at the end.
