陳博士他是華人內部審計師公會副會長，亦是CIMA香港分會前任會長, 香港學術及職業資歷評審局的專家及財務專家。擁有超過30年跨國企業財務管理經驗。陳博士擁有工商管理博士學位。他是澳洲Griffith University及香港恒生大學客席教授。他持有香港及澳洲資深會計師、英國資深特許管理會計師資格。在ESG 範疇，他持有香港公司治理公會 HKCGI CERT: ESG 資格及完成牛津大學商學院 ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy 行政人員課程。陳博士還致力於教育、會計專業發展和社區服務。他現為Griffith Business School策略顧問委員會成員及香港城市大學會計學系顧問委員會成員。陳博士定期參加研討會，並在專業協會、大學和會議上發表演講和教學。
