The programme aims to provide students with a solid foundation in artificial intelligence (applied AI) and data analytics within the context of business management. It is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions using applied AI and data-driven approaches. By integrating case studies from Hong Kong’s dynamic business environment, students will address emerging societal challenges and their impact on organisational success.

On completion of the programme, students should be able to
 
1. apply management, economics, and marketing principles to solve business challenges using AI and data-driven strategies;
2. analyse financial and operational data with accounting and AI tools to enhance business decision-making;
3. implement AI and Gen AI solutions to automate processes, optimise performance, and drive innovation in business;
4. design compelling data visualisations and narratives to communicate insights effectively for strategic business actions; and
5. lead digital transformation by integrating AI, analytics, and change management best practices.
