As the Managing Director of PHD Media Hong Kong, Clement leads the business growth strategy, products, talent, and the value proposition for PHD. PHD is known globally as an innovator in communications planning and buying across broadcast, print, digital, mobile, social, and emerging media. Having been with the agency since its inception in Hong Kong 12 years ago, Clement has been an integral part of building its digital integration, business growth for the agency, and leading his teams to deliver award-winning work for clients. Clement started his career as a media planner at DDB Hong Kong. He spent most of his early career in China, leading a team to set up the OMD Guangzhou office and then joined Zenith media Shanghai to manage the Coca-Cola China AOR business. With over 20 years of experience working across multiple client categories such as food & beverage, FMCG, banking & finance, insurance, telecommunications, travel, automotive, Clement has a broad perspective of business issues and challenges, with a commitment to making a difference to all clients business.
Gary Wong is the Managing Director of OMD Hong Kong, part of Omnicom Media Group, one of the world’s largest media and communications networks. He oversees the talents, strategy, operations, growth, and the value proposition of OMD in Hong Kong. Gary Wong re-joined OMD in 2010 and took up the role of Managing Director in 2018 with a clear vision of building an agency of choice.
