Mr Michael Fisher
Michael Fisher has taught Law for over 40 years in UK and Hong Kong and was the first course director of the Graduate Diplona in English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination). Previously a Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, Michael came to Hong Kong to teach Law and manage Law courses at HKUSPACE. During his 25 years at HKUSPACE, Michael brought to Hong Kong, as visiting teachers, some of the leading academics in the common law world.

The original programme leader of the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (CPE) shares an introduction to the Hong Kong Legal System and what sets it apart with its unique status as a common law jurisdiction given its historical context. Experience lessons from an experienced educator of law on these fundamental principles and unique perspectives in a digestible format to have a taste of what is it like to be a law student at HKU SPACE.
