Programme staff listened to a presentation about outcome-based learning and how to develop rubrics for programme outcome assessment. Experience sharing of three staff from the three Colleges filling out the POA Form followed. Then colleagues were divided into groups and tried filling out the POA Form.
Samples of completed POA forms and rubrics of different disciplines were distributed for their reference at the end.
