The world has changed forever and terms like “new normal” and “great resignation” are of great concern to both profit-and non-profit organisations.
The pandemic has caused employees to relook at the meaning of life and many are quitting their traditional jobs to look for more meaning work. To retain employees and survive the “great resignation”, organisation leaders must become more in tune with what employees want and reimage work processes that are attractive to their employees. Understanding the psychology of their workforce and catering to the well-being of their employees would be important considerations under the “new normal”.
HKU SPACE is a pioneer in workplace psychology and well-being and some of our courses include Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology; Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and Workplace Psychology and short courses such as Certificate for Module (The Psychology of People, Work and the Organisation); Certificate for Module (The Psychology of Motivation, Leadership and Employee Well-being) and Certificate for Module (Employee Engagement and Communication Skills).
This programme aims to offer students an understanding of individual and team psychology within organisations. It equips students with psychological insights and practical strategies to foster team cohesion and motivation, and to take the lead in evolving work environments.
