HKU SPACE: Opening the Door to a Legal Career

"As a young(ish) civil engineer working on a project site in Hong Kong. I had long been fascinated with the legal aspects of the engineering profession, and an additional qualification in law seemed like a good way to explore this interest. So I applied to the HKU SPACE/MMU CPE programme, an intensive 2-years part-time course, and joined the class of 1996. The course was everything I imagined it would be, and more. Little did I know at the time that it would open the door to a whole world of opportunities and a new career in law.
