This 10-hours’ short course will help the students go through different type of questions step-by-step and the relevant tricks required to tackle these questions.  Students are assumed to have the knowledge required for the AFP syllabus.

本課程介紹香港稅務法例，特別是有關利得稅、薪俸稅、物業稅及個人入息稅的條例，並討論如何向稅務局提出申訴。主講者除簡單講述法例原則外，更會向學員講授實際應用的方法，包括如何填寫各種報稅表格、如何向稅局追討發還超額繳納之稅款，以及稅局如何向納稅人追收稅款等。

This course is to equip students with the basic understanding of principles and concepts of accounting and the ability to apply them in the preparation of financial information to meet internal and external obligations.

The programme aims to provide students with essential knowledge in family office management. It will discuss various issues regarding how to establish a family constitution; how to set up a family office in Hong Kong; inheritance, family and business knowledge; and how to handle stakeholders’ disputes. The application of trusts in family offices and real-life cases will be discussed. After completing the programme, students can better understand the processes and contemporary issues related to family office management.

The aim of this programme is to provide advanced concepts, skill and knowledge for the company secretaries or governance professionals to ensure effective individual behaviours and organisational processes in supporting boardroom performance and to prepare candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination.
 

The aim of this programme is to provide advanced knowledge and key skills which enable the company secretaries or governance professionals to perform as chief adviser to the board, management and other stakeholders on corporate governance’s best practice.  Furthermore, act as the facilitator for the application of good governance through a wide range of organisations and corporation. It also prepares candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination.
