Mr. Leroy Yau, Master, Electronic Engineering (PolyU); Co-Founder, Taiwan Startup Stadium

Leroy has over 20 years of professional experiences in business and IT advisory services. He is a co-founder of 43 Ventures, a private investment and advisory firm that focuses on early-stage business ventures. He is also a co-founder of Taiwan Startup Stadium, one of the largest startup incubation/hub of Asia. Prior to building his businesses, he was an Advisory partner at EY and has extensive experiences in business operations, risk management, cybersecurity, and financial and internal controls. A graduate in computer/electronic engineering and laws, Leroy is also a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia and The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Dr. Dimitrios Koufopoulos, MBA Programme Director, University of London

Dr. Koufopoulos brings over twenty-five years’ experience, including teaching, lecturing, and the design and delivery of online learning materials and courses. Dr Koufopoulos holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration from Cardiff University. He is the founder and research director of the Hellenic Observatory of Corporate Governance, a research and education centre dedicated to the study and application of responsible principles of corporate governance in Greece. Among his publications, Dr Koufopoulos has contributed to many reviews and journals, and has co-authored a book with Martyn Pitt, Essentials of Strategic Management (Sage, 2012).
