Ms Julia Ip

Julia Ip is the Founder and Executive Director of Project Artist X (“PAX”), an art-based social enterprise with a mission to benefit the society through art. She also runs PAX’s commercial art gallery, which represents Hong Kong emerging artists to market their artworks. Julia has also been an avid art investor and collector herself for years with a personal portfolio of artworks acquired from all over the world. In addition to being an art enthusiast, Julia is a seasoned investment banker with over 16 years of experience with global investment banks including UBS, BNP Paribas and JP Morgan. Julia is also currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Honor U, a social enterprise focusing on designing art / culture related and educational computer and mobile applications. She is also a Director for the Fullness Social Enterprises Society in Hong Kong. From 2010 to 2013, she was on the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Foreign Financial Institutions Association. Julia has a Master of Business Administration degree (Major: Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree (Major: Psychology; Minor: Statistics) from Queen’s University in Canada.
