Mr Wilkie Choi
Mr. Choi has served in The Hong Kong and China Gas Company for 20 years, with 15 years of sales management and 16 years of training experience. He is good at communication, interpersonal relationship, business management, sales skills, physical and mental growth, coaching skills, mentor training, etc... training projects. Mr. Choi is good at interactive teaching which promotes coaching and theory, and teaching with humour and interactive sharing. This allows the students easily apply what they have learned into daily life. He is the only one who has the senior instructor qualification of “Neuro Linguistic Programming” (NLP) approved by NLP University, and obtained the latest leadership psychology system ISNS “Neuro-Semantics” international business coach in the United States.

Chinese culture emphasizes honours and respect, and focuses on discipline. However, under the influence of VCUA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity) culture nowadays, the growth mindset of the new generation is already different. The direction of humanity leadership can guide the new generation in how to cope with the changes of society and strengthen interpersonal relationships and connections.
To be a humanity leader, there are five elements:
1. Widen horizon
2. Be positive
3. Communication skills
4. Coaching culture
5. Creative Learning
This lecture will lead you to understand what humanistic leadership is and its fundamental skills, to allow you to cope with the rapid changes of the society.
