Our contemporary lifestyles and traditional ink painting do not seem to resonate. It only takes a glance to 'read' any social media post, but ink painting is something we need to be patient and scrutinise. It's not about glamorous colours or flashy gimmicks, but it lingers. In an age of speed and overwhelming visual effects, Dr Law will lead us in an appreciation of ink painting and a reflection on tradition.
