Mr Alwin Fernandes is our professional English language trainer. Mr Fernandes has worked in the airline industry in the US and Hong Kong, training and coaching practitioners in the field, sharing his expertise in multinational corporations throughout his professional career.

Prepare yourself for the upcoming high season with travellers coming from around the world to Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Areas for business, meetings and leisure. This one-hour English refresher aims to showcase vocabulary to describe tourist attractions, demonstrate interactions with clients and empower you with phrases and vocabulary for welcoming your guests. You will work in groups to practise scenario-based English conversations in daily encounters with clients and learn how to handle difficult situations.
