He has consistent track records of achieving organizational goals by improving sustainability and safety performance through effective risk management systems, energy saving programs, carbon reduction, climate change risk reduction.

In recent years, ESG issues have gained significant attention. Hong Kong have witnessed increased insurance claims due to extreme weather events with HK$1.9 billion in claims in September 2023, which underscore the economic and business impacts of climate change.
Last year, the Hong Kong Green Building Council published the "Climate Change Framework for Built Environment," aiding the industry in setting net-zero targets by offering tools for achieving carbon neutrality and managing climate change risks.
Given the growing demand from stakeholders, there is a strong need for more ESG practitioners among Hong Kong' s real estate developers.
