Mr TANABE Tomonari
Mr. Tanabe Tomonari is the Japanese-Language Advisor of Japan Foundation, offering guidance and assistance for Japanese language education in Hong Kong and Macau. His responsibilities include Japanese teacher training, visits to Japanese language education institutions, and classroom observations.

For everyone currently learning Japanese, what kind of language is Japanese? Have you ever found yourself asking “Why is it like this?” during your studies? In this talk, the speaker will introduce the characteristics of Japanese morphology, script, and pronunciation. The most important aspect of learning a language is being able to use it practically. Thus, it is crucial to listen to Japanese as spoken by native speakers and to practice speaking it yourself. This talk will undoubtedly be beneficial for your future Japanese studies.
