Impressing travellers coming from around the world to Hong Kong and the Great Bay Areas for business, meetings and attractions through courteous service and excellent communication is the key to success. This one-hour English refresher aims to present you with practical experience on how to relay  information,  welcome, interact with and assist your guests, through role playing as a front-line staff and empower yourself with phrases and vocabulary. You will work in groups to practice English conversations in daily encounters with guests and learn how to handle difficult situations.
