This workshop is designed to provide systematic and comprehensive training for Shenzhen and other Mainland China lawyers engaged in foreign-related legal practice, covering:
• The "One Country, Two Systems" principle established by the National Constitution and Hong Kong Basic Law
• The fundamental constitutional framework of the Special Administrative Region
• Hong Kong's common law system
• Practical application of the "One Country, Two Systems" principle

Participants will gain:
• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong's legal system
• Essential knowledge and skills for handling foreign-related legal matters

Candidates preparing for HeadVI of the Hong Kong Law Society's Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination (OLQE) are welcome to participate in this workshop to enhance their subject knowledge.

This workshop comprises two 3-hour seminar sessions and will be completed in one day.
