Mr Brian Tsui

Through human and financial capital, Brian Tsui empowers mission-driven founders to navigate the stage where most startups fail: when a locally validated idea goes global. As an early-stage investor, Brian enjoys judging and mentoring at the Asian Financial Forum, Hong Kong FinTech Week, Startup Express, and Founder Institute. A dedicated ecosystem builder, he also co-organizes the Asia Technology Entrepreneurship Conference (ATEC) Startup Competition, co-founded the Chicago Booth Angels Network of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, and served as the Asia-Pacific Co-Chair of the University of Chicago’s top-ranked global accelerator. Brian has shared his favorite topic, "What's Missing in Your Perfect Pitch?" with over 3,000 founders, intrapreneurs, and university students. Brian’s international career began in management consulting, where he launched and led a corporate finance practice in Southeast Asia and a financial institutions practice in the U.S. for a global consultancy, helping C-suite executives at complex, global organizations embrace, invest in, and integrate emerging technologies. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

AI is transforming the way work gets done. It can execute tasks, analyze data, and generate solutions at remarkable speed.  As technology takes over routine output, human value shifts upward — from doing the work to orchestrating it.  In this session, we will explore five essential capabilities that elevate professionals in an AI-driven world: strategic thinking, financial intelligence, market insight, change leadership, and principled decision making.  Through a “AI + Human” case story, you’ll see how AI delivers rapid recommendations — and how a business trained leader shapes those inputs into coherent strategies and measurable results.  The future belongs not to those who execute, but to those who orchestrate.
