Mr Kyran Sze, MH
Mr Kyran Sze is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABEHK). He is the Founder and Chairman of KYSS Properties Limited, and has been recognised by Forbes China as an Outstanding Business Leader. The company is engaged in large-scale property investments with values ranging from HKD 5 to 20 billion, covering projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and the United Kingdom, as well as property development and project management activities in Hong Kong and Japan. Prior to embarking on his career in property investment and development, Mr Sze was one of the four founding partners of Aedas, at the time the world’s largest architectural practice. By 2012, Aedas had established more than 40 offices worldwide with over 2,500 employees. Mr Sze served as Managing Director, Project Director, and Authorised Person, overseeing numerous major construction projects.
