Organizations are rushing towards the AI-ready era. However, the path to AI readiness is full of challenges. To transform successfully, the AI transformation journey requires a ‘map’ and a ‘toolkit’. The ‘map’ is rooted in the change model adapted to different leadership styles, leader-follower dynamics, and organizational cultures. The ‘toolkit’ focuses on execution: leadership, governance, workforce upskilling, a culture of experimentation, and rigorous continuous measurement.
