Welcome to Register for 2026 OLQE Preparatory Workshop (Head III - Commercial and Company Law)

This workshop provides participants with a wide coverage of Hong Kong’s commercial and company law and practice, focusing on both fundamental principles and practical applications. Through structured modules, attendees will explore key topics such as corporate governance, share transfers, acquisition of business, wind-up procedure, compliance frameworks for listed companies, and regulatory responses to market misconduct. The program emphasizes skill development, equipping participants to review and analyze essential legal documents — including corporate resolutions, articles of associations, transactional agreements — while mastering core tasks such as company incorporation, shelf company activation, and business restructuring under Hong Kong’s legal framework.

The workshop comprises a total of 36 instructional hours, delivered through 12 sessions of three hours each. These seminars will be structured as knowledge seminars with tutorials. These sessions will be conducted from August to November.
