HKU SPACE’s enduring strategic partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) started in 1989. On 3 November this year, the School had the privilege of hosting a delegation from MMU. Both parties exchanged the latest development within their institutions and explored potential avenues for future collaboration. 

During this visit, the two institutions also signed the latest framework agreement to enhance co-operation, represented by Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, and Professor Jenny Watling, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of MMU. The two institutions will provide more quality higher education programmes for students. MMU will focus on designing programme content and making awards, while the School will continually enhance the learning environment and provide support services such as programme promotion and enrolment.
