HKU SPACE is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Chen Lin, Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Business) of The University of Hong Kong, as Chairman of the HKU SPACE Board of Directors, with effect from 1 September 2026.

Professor Lin brings extensive experience in academic leadership, finance and university administration. The School warmly welcomes him to this important role and looks forward to working closely with him in further advancing HKU SPACE’s mission in professional and continuing education.

At the same time, HKU SPACE extends its deepest gratitude to Professor Ian Holliday for his outstanding service and dedication. Having served on the Board since 2015 and as Chairman since April 2022, Professor Holliday has made invaluable contributions to the School’s continued development and achievements.

As Professor Holliday continues to serve as Registrar of the University, and as one of the six Members of the HKU SPACE company, the School looks forward to his continued support in the years ahead.
