Ms Emma Wang

Ms Emma Wang is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager of the Hong Kong branch at INF Tech, a leading company in full-stack generative AI (genAI) technology. Since 2023, Ms Wang has been instrumental in driving the adoption and implementation of genAI applications within the financial industry. Under her leadership, the team successfully developed and delivered the first large language model (LLM)-native application for a major financial institution, continually advancing innovation and practical applications in the sector. With over 20 years of experience in global financial markets, Ms Wang has worked across Chinese, European, and American financial institutions. She has extensive expertise in financial product development, client relationship management, business expansion, risk control, strategic planning, and technology application. Prior to her role at INF Tech, she led J.P. Morgan’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) China team in Global Corporate Banking, where she supported companies with financing, investment, and risk management. Ms Wang also served as Senior Vice President at HSBC’s Shanghai branch, Vice President of Asia Pacific Regional Management at Moody’s Investors Service, and General Manager of Fund Management at Four Rivers Investment Management Company, gaining extensive experience in banking, bond markets, and private equity. Ms Wang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK.
