    邵志堯博士現為香港信誠證券持牌人員，並兼任宏海控股 (8020) 獨立非執行董事和沛然環保 (8320) 的高級顧問。 過去30年至今曾任多家上市公司管理層和董事會，為其制定ESG和內部監控策略。現職華業金控主力業務提供ESG和綠色金融服務，金山能源擁有先進減碳排放和節能相關技術，沛然環保是香港環保顧問的領頭羊。
