On 5 May 2026, HKU SPACE held its second Teaching Fellowship Festival. Centred on the theme of the "mentorship", the event highlighted its vital role in fostering reflective teaching practice and building learning communities.
The event brought together Teaching Fellows at all levels (including Advance HE Senior Fellows and Fellows), mentors, mentees and fellowship candidates. Through a series of inspiring presentations, an interactive roundtable discussion and reflective video showcases, participants demonstrated how mentorship can boost confidence, deepen reflective practice and support inclusive, effective teaching. Showcasing the breadth and diversity of teaching across HKU SPACE, the Festival reaffirmed the School's collective commitment to building a supportive, collaborative teaching community and to the continuous pursuit of excellence. The event was a great success, attracting around 80 participants both online and in person.
