Programme Overview
Highlights
This course covers the basic concepts of photography. Topics include: cameras, colour and black and white photographs, digital processes, lens and focal length, resolution and pixels, exposure, white balance, lighting, composition and subject matter. Students are required to bring their own digital camera (with manual mode). Details will be discussed at the first meeting.
Medium of Instruction: English
We also offer Basic Photography in Cantonese.

Notes to Students of Certificate in Foundation Art and Design
- Use Application Code specific to Certificate Students to enrol on this course (Course Code: ARTW2013). If Certificate Students fail to use the specific application code, this course will not be counted towards the award of the Certificate.
