The HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) has been appointed by the Education Bureau to take up the role of the RPL Assessment Agency for the Property Management industry starting from 1 July 2026.

To promote the latest development of RPL mechanism, a Kick-off Ceremony for the launch of RPL mechanism in the Property Management Industry will be held on 9 July 2026 at HKU SPACE Admiralty Learning Centre.
