The programme aims to equip current and potential business leaders and senior managers with the knowledge and competencies to lead the business and artificial intelligence transformation of organisations. The programme has two major foci: firstly, on knowledge about the major business management functions within an organisation; and secondly, on leadership skill to lead an organisation through business and artificial intelligence transformation in an increasingly changing environment.

The programme has two major foci: firstly, on knowledge about the major business management functions within an organisation; and secondly, on skills to develop analytical insights for business planning and decision-making through data analytics.
 

A part-time top-up degree programme aims to ensure that students will develop a broad understanding of the complex, diverse and dynamic business environment for management. The programme curriculum is both international and practical in it contents. Students will acquire management skills as well as intellectual capability that enable them to perform effectively as a practicing manager. Thus, enhances their employability and facilitate career management.

The programme aims to equip students with comprehensive business knowledge and practical skills for today's dynamic commercial environment. It provides a strong foundation in core business disciplines (management, economics, accounting, marketing, and HR) while incorporating emerging trends like AI and e-commerce. Through specialised streams, students develop expertise in business management, quality management, global business, or applied business psychology.  The curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with practical applications, fostering analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Graduates will be prepared to address modern business challenges, implement innovative solutions, and assume leadership roles in diverse organisational settings, with the flexibility to pursue specific career pathways through stream specialisation.
 
 
The programme consists of 4 streams:

1. Business Management;
2. Applied Business Psychology;
3. Total Quality Management; and
4. Global Business Management.

The programme aims to provide students with a solid foundation in artificial intelligence (applied AI) and data analytics within the context of business management. It is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions using applied AI and data-driven approaches. By integrating case studies from Hong Kong’s dynamic business environment, students will address emerging societal challenges and their impact on organisational success.

On completion of the programme, students should be able to
 
1. apply management, economics, and marketing principles to solve business challenges using AI and data-driven strategies;
2. analyse financial and operational data with accounting and AI tools to enhance business decision-making;
3. implement AI and Gen AI solutions to automate processes, optimise performance, and drive innovation in business;
4. design compelling data visualisations and narratives to communicate insights effectively for strategic business actions; and
5. lead digital transformation by integrating AI, analytics, and change management best practices.

This programme aims to provide students with the knowledge to evaluate an organisation’s current culture and apply change management strategies to transform it into an AI and data-driven organisation.
