Mr LAM Woon-kwong

Lam Woon-Kwong, graduated from the Social Sciences Faculty of the University of Hong Kong. He received his Master Degrees in Public Administration from the Harvard University and Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. He held a Secretary-level post in the former Hong Kong Government, and served as a Principal Official and official under the accountability system in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Equestrian Events (Hong Kong) of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad Company Limited and the Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Commission.

About Hong Kong Academy of Politics and Public Policy (HKAPP)

This Senior Executive Diploma in Political Leadership programme is a specialized course offered by  HKAPP in collaboration with HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE), that seeks to develop future political leaders to meet the needs and unique political situation in Hong Kong. It will provide participants with ample opportunities to interact with academics, politicians, policy experts, media specialists and campaign strategists, to learn and benefit from their wealth of expertise and deep knowledge.
