  • Mr Hoh Hin Wing Solomon (Registered Social Worker, Qualified Trainer of Mental Health First Aid and Breakaway Training)

Mr Hoh Hin Wing Solomon

Mr Hoh Hin Wing Solomon has more than 6 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation services, including sheltered workshops, social enterprises, and halfway houses. At the same time, Mr Hoh has more than 14 years of experience in drug rehabilitation services, including on-island, methadone clinics, refugee camps, and community anti-drug education. He is also a qualified speaker of the Toastmasters International, a national corporate trainer, and a social worker (BSW, MA, MCS, RSW) of STEWARDS.

The world is in turmoil and there is a lot of pressure. External situations and personal conditions make people mentally stressful. Everyday, people may feel helpless and hopeless, exacerbating their physical and mental exhaustion.

Through a 60-minute sharing, you will understand the relevant symptoms and scenarios, and understand the following items, so as to gain a "helping others to help themselves" approach to physical and mental health.

1. How to identify the state of mental distress?
2. Crisis Intervention
3. Fight alone? Or is there other support?
4. Good advice on self-awareness and self-protection.
